Synthesis HealthSoft achieves these strategies with rigor from the time an employee is inducted into the system to the time he/she becomes a qualified FTE. Process Audits are done at 2 stages – Self checked by the team member and second by the Quality control team that is attached to the process. All quality parameters are tracked and updated in the system for future reference. There is also a loop back mechanism to feed the training content team to improve the quality of the training deliverable.
